EveryDrop Charity Partner Terms of Inclusion

 

1. Data Usage & Consent Agreement

Before submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • EveryDrop may use the information provided in this form, as well as any additional details shared during our collaboration, to feature your organization within the app.

  • EveryDrop may display your logo, mission statement, and impact data on the platform to help donors discover and support your cause.

  • EveryDrop agrees NOT to misuse, alter, or publish your information, images, or branding materials without prior approval.

  • EveryDrop will NOT share or sell your information to third parties outside of its platform usage.

  • You have the right to request corrections or removal of your charity’s data from EveryDrop at any time by contacting info@everydropapp.com.

EveryDrop is committed to compliance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to:

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU 2016/679) – Protecting the privacy and data rights of individuals and organizations in the European Union.

  • UK Data Protection Act 2018 – Governing how personal and organizational data is handled in the UK.

  • Other relevant national data protection laws depending on the jurisdiction of participating charities.

EveryDrop ensures that all collected data is stored securely, used only for the agreed purposes, and handled in accordance with the highest privacy and security standards.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be included as a featured charity in the EveryDrop app, organizations must:

  • Be a registered nonprofit/charity in their country of operation

  • Align with EveryDrop’s mission of making generosity easy, transparent, and impactful

  • Have clear impact reporting on how donations are used

3. Transparency & Accountability

Partner charities must agree to:

  • Provide clear and verifiable impact data (e.g., reports, testimonials, case studies)

  • Ensure donations received through EveryDrop are used as stated

  • Be responsive to EveryDrop partnership communications

4. Donation Processing & Financial Integrity

By joining EveryDrop, charities acknowledge that:

  • EveryDrop will facilitate donations through its platform and distribute funds as agreed

  • Organizations must comply with local financial regulations for handling charitable donations

  • If a charity is found to misuse funds or no longer aligns with EveryDrop’s mission, EveryDrop reserves the right to remove them from the platform

5. Public Representation & Branding

Partner charities:

  • Grant EveryDrop permission to use their name, logo, and mission statement for promotional purposes

  • May be featured in EveryDrop’s social media, marketing materials, and fundraising campaigns. (opt in or out via the partner information form, or by contacting EveryDrop directly)

  • Cannot misrepresent their relationship with EveryDrop or falsely claim endorsements

6. Removal & Review Policy

EveryDrop reserves the right to:

  • Remove charities if they fail to meet transparency standards

  • Conduct periodic impact reviews to assess ongoing eligibility

  • Decline or suspend charities in cases of legal or ethical concerns

7. Agreement & Consent

By submitting the Partner Application/Information form, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these terms

  • You meet the eligibility requirements

  • You will provide honest and accurate information about your organization’s impact
